A weekly review that is not a diary
Review behaviour. Luck does not need a meeting.
Count ideas, not hours of watching. Watching is not work if no rule ran.
Count plan-breaks separately from losses. A loss that followed the plan is information. A win that broke the plan is a bad teacher.
Record the largest cash loss and whether unclear periods were left alone. Those two numbers describe risk better than a win/loss ratio.
Do not use the review to increase size after a green week. Size still follows the plan. A green week is not a character reference from the market.
Template columns live in Unit 10 of the free PDF. Copy them. Fill them. If you cannot produce last week, you are not ready for live money — and you may not be ready to pay for supervision yet. That is an acceptable conclusion.
