These terms govern access to the Shefa Ventures website and the technology, cybersecurity and education services we provide. By using the site or requesting our services you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide information technology services, authorized cybersecurity work, professional consultation, and structured education academys. Service descriptions on the website outline typical scope. Binding work begins only when both parties have agreed the deliverables, timeline, fees and any authorization required for security testing.
Enquiries and enrolment
Submitting a contact, consultation or enrolment form is a request for information or admission. It does not create a paid engagement until we confirm acceptance and, where applicable, payment terms.
Cybersecurity
Penetration testing, assessments and related security work are performed only with explicit written authorization from the system owner and within an agreed scope. We do not conduct unauthorized testing.
Education
Students enrol in one academyme at a time. Completion of training does not guarantee employment, examination results, trading profit or any particular income. Forex education is instructional only and involves substantial financial risk if a student later trades with capital.
Fees
Published academy fees are confirmed before payment. Service project fees are set in the relevant proposal or agreement. Payment details are sent only on official WhatsApp +256 763 533 786 or shefaventurez@outlook.com. We never publish payment accounts on this website.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use materials from this site to attack or probe third-party systems without permission.
Liability
The website is provided for professional information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shefa Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Contracted project liability is defined in the signed agreement for that engagement.
